2. What Personal Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of personal information from members, people who access our website and participants at Creative Gunning Inc hosted events:

  • Contact details including name, address, phone numbers, email address

  • Some demographic information such as dietary requirements

  • Website and digital information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited cookies and analytic data

  • Other information including bank account details (for shop consigning members only) provided directly to us or authorized to be shared with us.

3. How We Collect Personal Information

We will only collect information directly from individuals in hard copy, or via email, or through our website and other digital booking platforms such as Humanitix.

We will not disclose your personal information to any other service providers, partner organisations, government agencies, advisers, and third-party platforms without permission from you.

We do not sell or trade personal information.

5. Storage and Security

We take all reasonable steps to protect all personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

Apart from current membership records and information on past members that we are required by law to keep, personal information will only be retained for 12 months and will be securely destroyed or de-identified after that time unless you give us permission in writing (including via email) to keep the data for longer.

Individuals may request access to or correction of their personal information. We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
